Which Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch Installation Kit fits a 2008 Dodge 3500 HD 4X4 Dually

Question:
I want to make sure that this kit will fit a 2008 dodge 3500HD 4X4 dually. Valley industries says it will, but the instructions says all but 3500HD 4X4. So please let me know before I order. Thanks
