Hey Kent! The Parkit360 Force Electric Trailer Dolly # PA96VR is limited to 5,000 lbs no matter what the conditions are. Technically you might actually be able to move it, but if you burned up the electric motor after a few uses I don't think you would be very happy and it wouldn't be covered under warranty.
You will need to use the Parkit360 Force Electric Trailer Dolly - 10,000 lbs # PA46VR with the higher capacity instead.
What kind of trailer will you be moving with the Parkit360 Force once you get it?

I have the 10000 lb unit. I have only moved my trailer once so far. My trailer weighs 6100 lbs dry with a 750-800 lb tongue weight. It has dual axles. I found that it moves the trailer easily, and the electric brake feature is nice. However, I found it to be very difficult to turn the dolly to change direction. The tongue weight is quite high, and this makes it difficult to steer the dolly when stationary, and not much easier when moving. I have a 4% grade at my outdoor parking spot, and while I haven't parked it there yet, I feel like it will not be a problem for this dolly to manage. Quality appears to great.

The less capable Parkit360 might be able to move an RV of that weight but I wouldn't be comfortable myself with that weight. My driveway has a mild slope and needs several turns to get to the driveway next to our house, all add strain to the engine and might burn it out over time. The more capable Parkit360 is not that much more expensive and would have no problem with the weigh you asked about. My travel trailer weighs 5,500 lbs. but that is completely empty. I do not take everything out of the RV when parking it next to our house so it probably weighs over 6,000 lbs. I chose the more capable 10K Parkit360 for the peace of mind given my circumstances.

My boat is about 5,000 pounds on a duel axle trailer and with the lower gear it has no problem moving it on the concrete. I do have a hard pack chipped area of the drive and the unit does not have enough downforce (as the boat has little tongue weight) to push it on a kind of grade. Flat section is fine. Tongue weight is key with this unit as it obviously would get better grip. Well built and I would recommend.
