Hey Wayne! I'm sorry to say that none of the RoadActive Suspension kits will fit the Trail Boss model. The same is true for almost every other suspension enhancement option. If you want extra support you can use the Pacbrake Alpha HD Air Bag Suspension Kit # PB56SV or # PB36SV (with jounce bumpers).

These air bags are specifically designed to be compatible with the Trail Boss. I would choose the air bags with the jounce bumpers. This gives you extra support and protection from bottoming out if you're running them at the minimum 5 psi. I also recommend adding an air compressor like the Air Lift WirelessONE # AL25980 so you can adjust the air bags wherever you go.

Is this for towing or something else?

@WayneB then the air bags would be a good choice. Even if you aren't towing or hauling a lot you can run them at the minimum 5 psi so they don't have a negative impact on your unloaded ride quality.

I purchased the pacebrake HD package and it has worked great. installation was easy and no you don't need the spacers. Do have a problem with remote.

I installed these on my 2024 Silverado 2500HD with the 6.6L gas; we tow a 28-foot Airstream Flying Cloud. The truck set up also includes a front mounted receiver for carrying two E-bikes, roof mounted racks (Rhino) for a pair of kayaks, and a tonneau cover to keep all the camping kit in the bed dry - pretty much all purchased from etrailer. I am 100% satisfied with everything. Now, regarding the airbag suspension - this is my second install. The first was the Firestone brand on a 1500 Silverado. Learned a lot on that one and truthfully, they worked great. This second install using Pacbrake went fine as well: did it in my driveway. I believe the quality, fit & finish the Pacbrake kit meets or even exceeds the Firestone brand with a better price point. The only part I added was a T-coupler so that there is only one external air input and thus the bags get an equal amount of air. For normal driving, I leave about 5 pounds of air just to keep them inflated. When towing and loaded with all our camping equipment, it only takes about 15 pounds or so to level the truck. We have over 5000 miles of towing with them and it has been perfect. Hope this helps and good luck! Bud.
