Hey Jim. The correct Coil SumoSprings for your 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 is item # CSS-1168F. These come as a pair and will work in both your front and rear coil springs.
The item # CSS-1069 you were looking at fit F-250's and F-350's.
What issues are you having with your suspension that has you looking at the coil SumoSprings? If you could give me some additional information I can make sure the item # CSS-1168F is going to be the best way to address them.
You can add this information, along with any other questions you have, where it says Reply to Jerred H.

Also have front coil isolators that are dilapidating at bottom of taper. Original isolators with new Bilstein 5100 struts. What do they do in driving. Are they easy to replace ? Thx Jim
