Question:
Can you use this wheel on 9/16” studs? It’s hub centered and 5/8” holes. Since it rides on the hub, stud size should not matter, correct? My hub is .475” 9/16” studs. 7k Dexter axles.

No, it still matters Mike. The Hub-Piloted Solid Center Wheel w -0.5" Offset item # AM32NR still relies on the lug nuts to center the wheel on the hub. Using 9/16" lug studs with 5/8" holes is going to cause wobble and you'll break those lug studs eventually.
It may be possible to change your studs from 9/16" to 5/8" so long as the studs are drive-in, and the length and knurl/spline diameter needs to be the same. For example, if your studs are 2-3/4" long and have a 0.69" diameter spline you can use the Replacement Drive-In Trailer Hub Wheel Stud - 5/8"-18 x 2-3/4" Long item # 7-232.
If you could get me a part number off of one of your hubs, I can see if the studs can be replaced with 5/8" ones.

If this wheel relies on the lug studs for centering why is the wheel not cut with tapered lug holes? With no taper they can not center off the lugs/studs. Wheels are made for flanged washe/lug nut. This style does not center. Here is a description from this exact same wheel on another site. “17.5 x 6.75 Modular Trailer Wheel 8-6.5" Bolt Circle 4.75" Center Bore Hub Piloted Wheel with .50" offset 6005 lbs. capacity. Do not use this wheel on a standard 7,000 lbs. with 1/2" studs. This wheel is built to ride on a 4.75" center bore and tighten with 9/16" or 5/8" swiveling flange nuts. This is a trailer wheel only.” Can you contact your manufacturer for exact specs? I want the most strength and will change studs or all new hubs if needed but if not needed I’ll simply bolt these up if it’s just as strong. I’m trying to run a hub centered wheel for strength and then balancing is not necessary with hub centered wheels.
