Question:
Received items with no instructions. Call customer service, lady was nice but could not reference the code number to the vehicle, said it was a universal kit. Said she needed to call Tow Ready to get details for our vehicle. Asked lady to send a pdf file to my email address, or have Tow Ready do same, she said she would, no email three days.

I am sorry the installation instructions were missing from the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, part # 119178KIT you received. I am attaching the installation instructions for you. I have attached a link showing this kit being installed. The vehicle is different from yours, but it may give you an idea how this kit is installed.
