The EAZ-Lift weight distribution system does not do very much to correct trailer sway. Adding weight distribution will help improve sway some, but the system you have does not have an actual sway control device. If the head of your weight distribution system has a hole to the side of the main hitch ball (see photo), you could use an independent friction sway control bar like part # 83660.
If the head does not have a hole for a sway control ball, then I would recommend returning that system and purchasing a system that includes sway control like the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System, # RP66084, since sway is a problem. The Strait-Line systems use dual cam sway control which prevents trailer sway before it begins and is one of the top sway control setups on the market.
The final thing to check is to make sure your trailer is level with the weight distribution system installed. You will not want to tongue too high or too low. If the trailer is not level, you could have sway and traction problems. With an unloaded tongue weight of 880 lbs, I would make sure the loaded tongue weight does not exceed the tongue weight rating of the weight distribution system. Weight distribution systems were designed to support the loaded tongue weight of the trailer and the weight of any cargo loaded in your truck bed behind the rear axle.
