Replacement Foot Base # 753-2149 does fit the Tracker II foot but it is also only compatible with certain Thule fit kits: TK1 (THTK1), TK6 (THTK6), TK7 (THTK7), TK8 (THTK8), TK9 (THTK9), TK10 (THTK10), TK11 (THTK11), and TK12 (THTK12).
