Is this an aluminum vent with 4 mounting holes as used on stock and horse trailers?

This butterfly vent is typically used on horse, stock, dog and various other types of trailers. It is a full 7 1/2 inch in diameter with four mounting holes around the edge. The polished aluminum is attractive as well as being a useful source of ventilation.
