Location of the 40-Amp Fuse for the 2006 Chevrolet Silverado Tow Package

Question:
Im in the process on wiring the Prodigy P2 to my 2006 Silverado. Im confused about where the 40amp fuse goes that came with the factor wiring harness. Base on the owners manual under hood fuse diagram I believe it should go in the STD #2 position. However, there is a 30amp fuse in that position. Should I replace the 30amp with the 40amp that came from the factory?

The 40 amp fuse for your 2006 Chevrolet Silverado tow package is used for the 12 volt battery charge circuit. This fuse is located toward the front of the underhood fuse box closest to the front auxiliary positive post (see photo). There may be a dummy plug in the fuse slot. I have attached a video that shows where the 40 amp fuse is placed.

I have a 2006 Chevy Silverado I have a factory tow package on my truck ,it worked but now I have no light at all .I check the small fuses in the fuse box under they hood - they are all good . I see there is a 40 amp fuse under the hood that I didn't check. Are there any more i should check? I checked the fuse box under the dash but there are no fuses, just two plug ins.
