Question:

I am currently stationed in the UK and own a UK sPec Nissan Murano. I would like to buy this and have it shipped to my APO box, but I am not sure it is compatible with the spec of my Murano. If you could let me know, that would be great, thank you.

The trailer hitches we carry are designed for the US spec market vehicles. However, it may be possible for the Curt trailer hitch # 13571 to fit. You will need to look at the linked videos and the instructions to see where the hitch installs and compare that to your 2005 Nissan Murano. If the vehicle is the same where it counts for hitch installation then you can install it.

If it is different you might want to take a look at Bosal hitches.

If the Curt hitch will fit then to complete your towing set up I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It includes 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. For trailer wiring though you would want to get a UK spec harness locally since the way they wire trailers and vehicles for towing over there is different than in the US.

If you will be towing US spec trailer then use wiring harness # 55571.
