Question:
I have a customer with a RAM 5500 tow truck that wants to beef up his rear springs - will your 7500 air bags work in this application?

Hey Mike, we do have a Pacbrake air bag solution for your 2024 Ram 5500 but that's only brand we carry that has air bags rated that high. For that you'd want the part # PB47RV or if you want a set that have a jounce spring built in as well we have the part # PB67RV. Were you wanting a compressor kit too?
Air Lift has kits too but they are only rated for 5k like the part # AL88255.

I sell tow trucks and have a customer that has too much squat with his new 2024 RAM 5500 4x4 Jerr-Dan MPL60 Wrecker - the concern about this solution is we are concerned whether the RAM frame will take the added stress these bags will place at the mounting point - do you have any pictures of how these mount on a RAM 5500? It's likely that the customer may overload the rear axle from time to time - given that will he have a good experience with this product? He is considering switching the RAM spring suspension to a full-on air ride - just trying to help him have alternatives with likely outcomes. Thanks Mike Wagner 503-269-5526 cell
