Mounting Rhino Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier on a 2020 Toyota RAV4

I recently bought the 4 snowboard/6 ski rhino rack for my 2020 rav 4 trd with factory raised rails and the factory Toyota cross bars and the rack in the front clips fine but the one in the rear is barely too big and is stuck on a raised piece of metal on the crossbars causing it to be unbalanced and not fit how do I fix this
