Hello! Yes, the Empire Faucets Hybrid RV Tub Faucet and Shower Head # EM82UR does indeed have brass valves. The shower head and spout are ABS plastic.
Are you adding this to your camper or RV? It'll be a nice option is the current setup is worn out or you are trying to upgrade from something with plastic valves.
