B-valve is functioning. It was trying to lift but couldn't. Checked wiring on vales and found a partially torn wire on B. Repaired that and tried again. It goes up and as soon as you take your finger off the pad it falls, BOOM. Adjusted fall on A valve to bottom out and no change. I read where the cross over valve has nothing to do with this. C valve works fine physically testing. Could it be the lower seal in the lift cylinder is blowing by? aChanged A-valve and coil and it raised half way up and started struggling
