Will this tool box work with the roll and lock bed cover in a ram 3500 long bed?

Hey Steven, since the UWS Secure Lock Truck Bed Chest # UWS08298 is only 16 inches tall it would easily fit under the tonneau you have. Most bed rails are around 20 inches plus tall.
