Hey Allen, thanks for reaching out. We do have air bag kits for the 2004 Ford E450, but the # AL88205 kit you were looking at is for Chevrolet motorhome axles, so you will need something different.
There are a few potential fits for the 2004 Ford E450, so I will need you to confirm a bit more info.
For example, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 # AL57131 will fit Ford E450 class C motorhomes with a GVWR less than 14,050 lbs. This kit has brackets that are specially designed for vehicles with supply lines running down the outside of the frame.
Do you know the GVWR of your RV? Check that, and check the outside of the frame for those supply lines, that way we can be sure you are getting the right thing.
