How can I determine if there will be enough clearance over the toolbox for a fifth wheel trailer? My truck is a 2025 Ram 3500 with 6.5’ bed. My trailer is 2026 Keystone Cougar 26RKE. The trailer is being built so I can’t actually test it.

Hey Thomas, since the height above the truck bed rails of the Deezee box part # DZ8170DB is 6 inches and you have a short bed truck I would say it's very likely this wouldn't all work together.
A better option would be a lower profile crossover box like the part # UWS07730 which is only 2 inches above the truck bed rails. Is this something that could work for you?
To put some of this into perspective normally a fifth wheel trailer overhang is around 6 inches above the truck bed rails.

The part # UWS07730 looks nice but I get the message: “does not fit your vehicle”. Is there another part # like this box that would fit my 2025 Ram 3500 6.5 ft box?
