Will New Blue Ox SwayPro Replacement Head Work with Old SwayPro Systems with Adjustable Head

Question:
My hitch is the 15k, but it has the adjustable head angle. need to replace because of damage due to to bottoming out on driveways. will this work?

I spoke with my contact at Blue Ox and was told that the new, non-adjustable head, # BXW4011, will not work with the older SwayPro systems that had the adjustable head. I know this was not the answer you were hoping for but it could actually be the best thing. If the head on your old system was damaged there could be other unseen damage to other components in the system. It might be time to replace the old system.
To choose a weight distribution system you will need to go by the total tongue weight of the set up. This is calculated by taking the tongue weight of the trailer, when loaded and ready to tow, and adding to that the weight of anything loaded behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. With this information I will be able to me some recommendations for you.
