Question:

Does the lighting work automatically with my car lights, or do I have to flip a switch on the rack? It's going on my suv. thank you

No switch needed, Lori - the LEDs on the Epos 3 bike rack for 2" hitches # TH34FR44SR come on automatically through your 4-way trailer connector. Once it’s plugged in, you’ll have running lights, brake lights, and turn signals that sync with your vehicle’s. It even has a plate bracket illuminated by the same circuit.

If you notice flickering, that usually means a loose or corroded plug - easy fix with some dielectric grease usually. Do you already have a 4-way or need help adding one? Aside from that electrical connection, you'll need a 2" trailer hitch receiver as well. You may have both of these already as it is fairly common for SUVs to come with these from the factory. Just let me know!
