Question:
I have a 2007 Damon Astoria 3774, Im looking to replace the two AC units with newer ones. What is recommended? I have the Carrier Air V and would like to make them the 15000BTU.

Hey Randy,
Since AC units are no longer compatible with other brands you will need to replace the entire system. I always recommend the Advent Air system like # ADV82SR which is a low profile 15k BTU system. That comes as a full kit with the unit, distribution box, thermostat and a start capacitor as well. Compared to the older Carrier models this is the same size besides being a lower profile and runs a lot better.
That Astoria is a sweet unit, this system is going to do a good job of keeping it cool.
