Is There a Gooseneck Pin Box That Fits a Rhino Box and Has a 21,000 lbs Capacity?

My trailer is 21k gvw with a rhino pinbox its a 2026 forest river stealth 4114gx. In doing research i noticed the instructions for the goosebox state that when using the rhino bolt patern the capacity is 20k is that correct? I am looking to change my pinbox to gooseneck Thank You

Hey Tony, congrats on the new 5th wheel trailer. That is correct when you use the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter item # RP59KR on a Rhino Box it does reduce the capacity to 20,000 lbs. The only other Reese option is item # RP85FR which is also limited to 20,000 lbs.
For a gooseneck pin box that does have a 21,000 lbs capacity and fits a Rhino Box, I recommend the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # GY33GR. This one goes all the way up to 24,000 lbs and is designed specifically to fit a Rhino Box.
You will also need the Safety Chain with 2 Hooks for Gen-Y 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # GY49GR. Safety chains are required for gooseneck connections and they are not included with the pin boxes. These will attach to that cross looking cutout by the Gen-Y logo.
