Does Replacement Greystone Lippert Fireplace Remote Have Ability to Control Flame Color

Updated 11/13/2025 | Published 10/24/2025

Question:

does one of the buttons control what color the flame is? My fireplace has all the following: different levels of brightness of the flame different colors one has blue and orange....one just orange heat/temperature setting on/off a timer My current remote does NOT have the option to change colors. I can press a button on the face of the actual fireplace and do that, but not on the remote. So does this remote have that button....for changing between the two color settings?

Hey Tim, how did the new remote work out for changing the flame colors on your fireplace? Your feedback could really help others trying to match their remote features to their fireplace settings.

I've been hesitant to buy this. I only want to buy it if it changes the colors. I've got one that works.....but it just adjusts flame height. It doesn't change the color. I forgot my fireplace even had that feature....but I found a button on the front of the unit to do that. I wanted to see if a remote had that button. If anyone can ever confirm one does, I'll probably buy it. But I don't want/need another one that just does flame height.

@TimM Does your remote look like the # LC22TF and does the button that changes flame height have the same flame logo on it?
