Hello, will this work on my 2024 gmc Sierra 1500 at4 to haul my truck camper?

No, it will not Jim but I have a kit that will. It's the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit item # SSA28. I checked with SuperSprings and this kit will fit the AT4 models of the 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. They only have a 1,500 lbs capacity so you may want to use the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit item # RAS54FR.
The RAS item # RAS54FR has a much higher capacity at 3,000 lbs that has quite the range of adjustability. When you're not hauling around your in bed camper you can easily disengage the system. Just a heads up these will not work with the composite mono leaf spring.
