Renee, yes - that's a perfect fit for the HomePlow # ME88FR or # ME28FR. Meyer built this series for SUVs and 1/2-ton pickups, so your Tahoe falls right in its operating range.
Just confirm your front hitch is rated at 300 lbs tongue weight minimum and you'll be all set. You can check that rating on the hitch tag, or let me know if you find a part number on it. How much snowfall do you typically get in your area?
