Troubleshooting No Power Past Supply for T-One Wiring for a 2012 Dodge Journey

Is it possible to get a new power supply without getting a new harness. i have a T-one 118567 and its not getting power past the supply.

Hey Norm, thanks for reaching out!

Are you saying that the black wire on your T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118567 doesn't have power on it? Or that the power isn't making it past the yellow fuse holder?

We aren't able to piece out parts of a wiring kit, but if you can let me know what I asked above I'd be more than happy to see if we can get this fixed for you!

I have power all the way to the box , the wire going in. but nothing on any of the wires on the other side to the plug.

@NormJ Ah, I see. In that case, you're looking at a warranty for the T-One. It has a 1-year limited warranty so as long as you're still within that window you'll be good to go. Otherwise, there unfortunately isn't a way to swap out just that black module box. You'll be able to keep the same power wire that runs up to the battery, but everything else that's attached to the module box will need to be reconnected as well (like the connectors that tee in behind your tail lights). Did you purchase this through us here at etrailer?
