We sure do Chris. The Trimax Heavy Duty Adjustable Wheel Lock with Padlock item # TMX42ZR is going to work great with your trailer's 265/75R16 tires. This wheel lock has a cover to protect against removal of the wheel and tire when installed on the trailer. It's secured by a built in cylinder lock and an additional padlock.
What kind of off-road trailer do you have?

Thank you, Jerred! I have a 2026 MDC HRT19 OGE. These are built in Australia for the outback. A very rugged and quality built rig. Thanks again!
