Does the MXS67FR come pre-balanced and ready to install?

It does, Dawn. The # MXS67FR is bead-balanced and pre-mounted from the factory, complete with high-pressure valve stems. It’s ready to bolt right onto your 5 on 4-1/2 hubs with standard 1/2-20 conical-seat lug nuts. The tires are 205/75R15 radial; is that the size you currently have?
Do you already have a torque wrench? I can share the proper spec for tightening aluminum wheels.
