Looking for the Outer Shell Lever Arm for a 12v Lippert Solera Awning Edge?. It measures approximately approx. 63 in length and is dark Brown. This is a factory install on a 2019 Springdale 280BH travel trailer. All the other components of the assembly are in good shape.

Hey Dan. I have a solution for you but it sounds like you're describing a piece of your awning that is not available for individual purpose. We don't have anything in brown btw.
I attached a picture below and circled what I think you're talking about. If that's what you need to replace and just that piece measures approximately 63" you'll need the Replacement Support Arm Assembly for Solera Flat RV Awnings - 69" Long - Black - item # LC281154. You can confirm this by measuring your awning arms folded up as shown in the other picture below.
If the entire arm assembly from the top to the bottom when folded up measures 63" you'll need the Replacement Short Arm Assembly for RV Awnings item # LC404523.
