Can I use the Tekonsha ZCI # 119250 on my 2015 AUDI Q7 for a flat 4-wire hookup?

Hey Bill, yes you can use the ZCI trailer wiring kit part # 119250KIT as a 4-way trailer wiring kit for your 2015 Audi Q7. Since this is a universal kit it basically fits any vehicle including yours. Do you have a hitch already?
