Looking For Heavy-Duty Gas Strut For Riverstone 41RL

Question:

I have a Riverstone 41RL and need heavy duty gas struts to hold the kingsize bed up so I can use the remover under bed storage Which one do you recommend?

Hello Martin, thanks for reaching out. We do have a bunch of different gas struts, so we may have what you need, but there is no way to look up your RV to know exactly which strut is needed here.

Basically I would need to know the extended and retracted length of the current strut, as well as the amount of force for the strut.

For example, the # 372-7145 Gas Shock is 15.82" long compressed and 26.32" long extended. It has 150 lbs of force.

If this isn't exactly what you are looking for just let me know the specs for your shock and I am happy to look into it and see if we have a match.

Hey Martin, were you able to find gas struts that fit your Riverstone bed lift? Once you had the measurements, did the 150‑lb option end up matching what you needed? Your update could make it easier for others working on the same setup.
