Question:
I’m wiring in the FG26FR myself. Can you confirm the 12V hookups?

Expert Reply:
Chris, for the Fogatti Water Heater # FG26FR with black door (or # FG86FR with white door), the black wire is positive +12V and the white wire is negative ground. The two blue wires connect to the wall controller, and polarity doesn’t matter on those. Make sure the heater is tied to a fused 12V supply - it draws around 4a when being used, or up to 10a at power spikes or startup.
Let me know if you need any more assistance in any way!
