Heavy Duty Tool-Proof 2-5/16" Coupler Lock For Camper Parked In Driveway

Question:
Is the ICON AL63DQ flat lip 2-5/16" ball coupler overkill for a camper that stays mostly in my driveway?

Karen, that’s a fair question. For a camper parked at home, a simpler lock will deter most opportunists. But the # AL63DQ is peace of mind if you live in an area where trailers walk away overnight. Think of it like insurance - you might never need that extreme protection, but when you do, it pays off. I'd rather just spend a little more on the best lock you can buy, and not have to worry as much.
Do you also have storage yard access, or is the camper always at home when parked long term?
