My 2019 Keystone Cougar has a 2-5/16inch coupler and its a little longer that a normal coupler, it has a ring around it that's flat. Will the AL63DQ fit with the propane tank cover close by?

Jerry, the # AL63DQ was made for that style of travel trailer coupler. It slides straight on from the front, and it won't affect propane tanks or anything like that, so no need to worry there. The lock body is heavy, but that bulk is part of what keeps thieves away - it resists grinders and sledgehammers.
