Can I swap between the M337FR silver, 120V and M396FR black, 120V later without recutting?

You can, same footprint/cutout of 11-5/8" wide x 8-3/4" tall. The silver LED light # M337FR and black LED ight # M396FR are completely the same aside from color. They both run off AC power (110v/115/120v) so make sure you are setup for that on your trailer or barn etc.
