Question:
Hello - I work for a non-profit outdoor company. We are converting a cargo trailer to an outdoor home base trailer. We need something that will charge and control a 12v onboard power system. It would be great to have an automatic switch which goes from shore power to 12v with inverter, and which could also handle inputs from solar and generator power. Im a novice with these devices and dont want to get something wrong here. If I could get some help and advice, that would be great. Thank you, Matt Kent

Hello Matt,
Looks like you already found what you needed, but just needed to confirm.
The Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger - 2,000 Watts - 100 Amps - 12V # 34280055 you were looking at checks all the boxes you need: inverter, converter/charger, and automatic transfer switch.
If it were me, I would go ahead and get the whole kit. The Go Power Solar Elite Charging System - 400 Watt Solar Panels - 2,000 Watt Inverter Charger # 34282184 is a fantastic starter pack! I attached an image to give you an idea of how it hooks up.
What kind of non-profit do you work for, and what do you specialize in? What all are you looking to run inside the cargo trailer you are converting?
