Do the Dometic furnaces come with the duct adapters and mounting brackets, or do I need to order those separate?

Alan, all models of the Dometic RV Furnaces ( such as these # DMC64MR, # DMC99MR, # DMC74MR) include the mounting brackets, duct adapters, and the ventilation assembly in the box. You won’t be chasing down extra parts unless you’re re-routing ductwork.
Do you already have 4” round ducts, or are you tying into something different?
Other shoppers - did your install require extra fittings for any custom work, or did everything line up?
