What tow bar will hook up to a Volkswagen rabbit truck bumper, I need one that is 31 inches

Hi Andrew; are you saying you need the arms to be 31" apart? The Curt Adjustable Tow Bar # C19745 you were looking at has an adjustable arm width from 26" to 41" so your 31" measurement will work with these bumper brackets.
