Hi David!
I do have an option that I can guarantee to fit your 2017 Hyundai Tucson with a naked roof, but since the SportRack SR1002 was discontinued a while back, I can't say whether or not it will fit. It wasn't listed as a fit on SportRack's site and was more for late 80s and early 2000s vehicles when we had it on our site, so I am leaning towards it not being a fit for your vehicle, unfortunately.
So with that said, the Inno Square Bar Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - Steel - Black - Qty 2 # IN77TR will be our closest option to the SportRack. It has 54" square bars and locking towers, so it is a little nicer in that department. It is also a custom fit option so it will fit better than a universal roof rack, like the SportRack.
