Question:

We have a 2004 Keystone Challenger that has a rusted/broken rod how can we purchase a replacement instead of buying a whole new gear pack plus the 18 tooth gear?

Hey Carolyn, thanks for reaching out!

The pin isn't available on it's own so you'll need to get the whole Lippert 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" RV Slide-Out Standard Gear Pack Assembly # LC122837. you can either choose to keep your current 18-tooth gear, or you can replace that gear as well with the part # LC122739.

I know it's not what you wanted to hear, but it's the only option available to replace your slide-out parts.

Hey Carolyn, did you decide to go with the whole gear pack assembly or just replace the gear as well? I'm asking because it could help others who are in a similar situation with their RV slide-out.
