I am needing an axle: HUB to HUB = 89 Spring to spring = 74 But i need a bolt pattern of 5 on 4 3/4 Do you offer?

Hello Jay, thanks for reaching out. We do have an axle that matches your specs, the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles - 89" Long - 3,500 lbs # e38GR. The hubs are sold separately from this axle, but we do have a compatible 5 on 4-3/4" hub. For that you can use the following:
- Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 5 on 4-3/4 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-5475-35-EZ-K
