Question:
Does the kit 39510 come with the harness for the 7 pole plug at the rear of my vehicle. If not what kit fits a 2016 kia sorento for the 7 pole plug at the back that the trailer plugs in?

Hi Roland; it sounds like your 2016 Kia Sorento already has a 7-way on it. Assuming it does, you can use the Tekonsha Voyager # TK29ER. This is the # 39510 but it comes with a universal wiring harness which will splice into your existing wiring. There are no plug and play wiring harnesses available for brake controllers on your Sorento.
If you don't have any trailer wiring you will need to start by adding a 4-way # C56256 (without factory tow package) or # C56332 (with factory tow package). Once this is installed, or if you already have a 4-way, you can use the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7 to add a 7-way so you can install the # TK29ER.
What kind of trailer are you towing?
