Question:
Hello Im looking at your dehumidifier ED64FR. Without any reviews to rely on it makes it a little difficult to choose. Id like to know what makes you guys considered it to be a good product. I am unable to find it with a wide search of saying best RV dehumidifiers it does not come up. I have a 36 ft fifth wheel and my current unit here in Florida is almost useless. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello Richard,
The Eva-Dry Rotary Desiccant Dehumidifier - 2 Liter Tank Capacity # ED64FR would be a great option for removing humidity from your 36' 5th wheel, even in Florida's high-moisture climate.
The # ED64FR is quiet, energy-efficient, and compact, making it perfect for RV living. It works well in a wide range of temperatures and doesn't rely on a compressor, making it ideal for year-round use. When I looked up reviews across several sites, one common note was that the tank needs to be emptied fairly often, but I'd say that's a good problem to have, since it means the unit is effectively pulling moisture from the air. One review even stated, "Over six days in a travel trailer, collected over four quarts of water and quiet, solidly made, easy to dump."
The # ED64FR comes with a 6-foot drain hose for continuous draining, so if you have a convenient place to route the water, you can use it instead of emptying the tank by hand. I've attached an image highlighting the features and showing exactly where the drain hose connects. That's a nice feature if your fifth wheel stays parked for longer periods.
Do you stay in Florida full time, or do you travel around?
