Question:
Hello, Im looking for a replacement roof AC unit for my 2021 Entegra Vision XL 34G motorhome. It is the secondary unit, the one in the bedroom and it is 13,500BTU NO HEAT. Questions, how do I know what model AC I have installed now so I know what the replacement would be? And what the connection is as I am reading something about 6 pin or 9 pin? I dont know what that means or what I have and would need? Or do you guys know what AC model would fit as a replacement? On your site the model below came up but I dont know if that is a direct replacement that would work and fit? Please advise. Below is what came up on my search? Advent Air RV Air Conditioner - 13,500 Btu - Black Part Number: ACM135B

Hey Richard, you would want to climb the ladder at the back of your motorhome so that you can see what brand and model of RV AC unit you have. Manufacturers do not keep record of what unit they put on RVs and since they are easily replaceable it's possible you don't have the original.
Let me know what you find and we can go from there. Keep in mind we don't recommend mixing upper unit and lower unit manufacturers anymore so you will need to have to match plus there was a refrigerant law change in 2025 so realistically you'll have to replace the entire kit as there won't be something compatible. Is this a ducted or non-ducted setup?
