There are a few different methods for setting your Accord up for towing behind your motorhome.
You can choose the magnetic tow lights, like part # RM-2120. These systems are extremely easy to install, and do not require altering the electrical system on the tow vehicle. This would be the ideal option for infrequent towing.
Another option would be the Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit, part # RM-155. This system uses bulbs that are permanently installed in your vehicles tail light assemblies. If the tail light assemblies on your Accord have the space for another bulb, this is a great choice. Although some alteration of the tail light assembly is required, the wiring would be completely independent of the vehicle wiring.
The last option would be to have the wiring fully integrated into the vehicles wiring system. This would involve using the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit, part # RM-154. Installation of this system is a bit more involved, but is not difficult. The product description for the Kit shows how the system is installed depending on how your motor home is wired. Your Accord is wired in what we call a separate system. This means that the signals for the turn signals and brake lights are carried on separate circuits. The method used for installation will depend on whether your motorhome tail lights have the signals for the brake and turn signals on separate circuits, or combined on the same circuit.
