Will the NA99FR work with my 2023 Subaru Outback’s factory roof rails?

It will, Scott, as long as you have crossbars or roof rails (otherwise you'll need a long strap going to the hood). The Napier car awning # NA99FR attaches with straps and buckles, so no fancy brackets or drilling.
If your Outback has the factory fold-out crossbars, those will do the trick. Just make sure they’re extended for best setup.
Where do you plan to use the awning at? Are you just hanging out for the day, or are you sleeping in it?
