Not with this unit, Clint. The DA86 Demco Drum Brake Actuator # DM78CV is designed strictly for a 2” ball. If you need to use a 2-5/16”, you’ll want to look at the DA91 or a heavier-duty actuator that’s built for that coupler size.
You could look into the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Drop - Drum - Zinc - 2-5/16" Ball - 8,000 lbs # DM8759411 and see if it'll work for you. It seems to match what you are needing. Let me know if you need any more help selecting the correct one for your trailer.
