Hello again Stephen! The difference between the # IMF18741 and # IMF12811 is the S-hook. The # IMF18741 has vinyl coating on the hook to protect your boat while the other does not have this coating. I'm guessing you figured that out since I see you already went with the # IMF18741. Let me know if you need anything else.
