Yes, the TruXedo TonneauMate Truck Bed Toolbox # TX1117416 will fit perfectly fine with the etrailer Soft Tonneau Cover # e42DR on your 2025 Ram 1500.
The TruXedo rails mount inside the truck bed while the etrailer rails mount on top of the truck bed sides.
