Need Help Finding Replacement Coupler Latch For Flatbed Trailer

Question:
I need help finding a coupler latch for my flatbed trailer. The tongue is welded on and the latch is not a standard one that with a bolt that can be easily replaced I would love to provide a couple pictures if you could help identify a replacement
